Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements as of March 23, 2026:
Manager (Co-ordination)
- Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Desirable Qualification: M.B.A..
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Government departments, PSUs, or Central/State Government instrumentalities.
- Superannuation Scale (CDA): Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200 (L12) or above.
- Superannuation Scale (IDA): Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 (E4) or above.
Assistant Manager (Co-ordination)
- Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Desirable Qualification: M.B.A..
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Government departments, PSUs, or Central/State Government instrumentalities.
- Superannuation Scale (CDA): Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 (L11) or above.
- Superannuation Scale (IDA): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 (E3) or above.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing vehicle hiring and transport pool operations, including contract administration.
- Space management, including the allocation of working spaces and stores.
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
