Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Petty Officer or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of service in the Indian Navy, Army, or Air Force is required.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 40 to 50 years of age.
- Language Skills: Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of computers, First Aid certification, and swimming certification are highly valued.
Job Profile
The Institute conducts Pre-Sea courses in Marine Engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the hostel specifically for Officer Cadets.
- Conducting Physical Training (PT), parades, sports, and swimming sessions.
- Ensuring strict adherence to discipline and Institute rules.
Compensation Package
- Pay Scale: Rs. 13,829 – 456 – 22,947 plus applicable allowances.
- Approximate CTC: Around Rs. 8,00,000/- per annum, with overtime options where applicable.
- Additional Benefits: Includes HRA, C.A. (in lieu of D.A.), P.F., Gratuity, and other allowances as per Institute norms.
