Eligibility Criteria
Assistant (NE5 Level)
- Education: Three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks.
- Professional: Must have passed the Intermediate Examination from the ICAI or ICMAI.
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Education: Three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with at least 60% marks.
- Professional: Qualified CA/CMA from the respective institutes OR a two-year regular MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance).
Selection Process for Recruitment at Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC)
The recruitment process will involve the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): A 90-minute exam consisting of Part A (General Aptitude) and Part B (Subject Knowledge).
- Document Verification: For shortlisted candidates.
- Interview: Applicable only for the Assistant Manager (Finance) post.
- Medical Test: Candidates must meet the C1 Medical Category standards.
