Educational Qualification
- Degree: Candidates must possess a full-time regular Engineering degree.
- Specialization: Chemical, Chemical Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum Marks: At least 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
- Recognition: Qualifications must be from an Indian University/Institute recognized by AICTE, UGC, or an appropriate statutory authority.
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 25 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Nature of Experience: Significant experience in executing large-scale fertilizer, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
- Leadership Roles: Must have held positions such as Project Head, General Manager, Site Head, Plant Head, or Business Unit Head.
- Exclusions: Teaching, part-time jobs, apprenticeships, internships, and articleship will not be considered.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Pay Scale: Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 (Grade E-8).
- Approximate CTC: INR 37 LPA.
- Additional Perks: Includes Basic Pay, IDA, HRA, Perks (35% of Basic), Superannuation Benefits (up to 30% of Basic+DA), and medical insurance cover.
