Key Role Responsibilities for Producer Company Sambalpur Recruitment/MBPCL
The Finance Executive will be critical in managing our financial operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Record Keeping: Maintaining all hand-written financial records and ledgers.
- Data Management: Entering computerized financial data for the monthly TALLY report.
- Budgeting: Actively participating in the preparation and tracking of all company budgets.
- Reporting: Preparation and submission of financial reports to the management.
- Cash Flow: Managing company cash flows by monitoring inventory, accounts receivables, and payables.
- Compliance: Monitoring and guiding management to ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordination: Coordinating with internal and external auditors, bankers, and Tax Agents.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the CEO with various aspects of administration and handling delegated responsibilities.
