📑 Essential Educational Qualification
A. Graduate Apprentices
- Degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or institution under an Act of Parliament.
- Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government.
- Sandwich course students in Engineering/Technology.
- General stream graduates (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com).
B. Technician Apprentices
- Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a State Council/Board of Technical Education or University.
- Diploma from an institute recognized by State/Central Government.
- Sandwich course students in Engineering/Technology.
⚠️ Other Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates with higher qualifications (B.E./M.Tech. for Technician/Graduate apprentices) are not eligible.
- Distance/Part-time/Correspondence qualifications are not accepted.
- Candidates must be medically fit.
- Should not have training/job experience of 1 year or more after qualification.
- Age Limit: 18–25 years (with relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Govt. rules, calculated on closing date).

🧾 Selection Process for Ordnance Factory Badmal Balangir Recruitment
1️⃣ Merit list prepared based on marks in essential qualifications.
2️⃣ Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
3️⃣ Selected candidates must submit Police Verification Report (PVR) and Medical Fitness Certificate.
4️⃣ Selected candidates must sign a contract for 1-year training under the Apprentice Act, 1961.
💰 Training Period & Stipend
- Training Duration: 1 year
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000 per month
- Technician Apprentices: ₹8,000 per month
