Odisha Thermal Power Corporation (OTPC) Limited, a joint venture government company of OHPC Ltd and OMC Ltd., is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Bhubaneswar.
Position Details for Odisha Thermal Power Corporation Recruitment
- Post: Full-Time Company Secretary
- Vacancy: 1 (One)
- Role: You will be responsible for Secretarial and Legal functions as per the provisions of Section-203 of the Companies Act-2013.
- Tenure: Contractual for a period of one (1) year, with a strong likelihood of extension based on company requirements.
- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Remuneration
The successful candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 60,000/-.
Qualification & Experience
Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- You must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi.
- You must possess a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification working experience as a Company Secretary in any of the following sectors:
- Public Limited Company
- Central PSU (Public Sector Undertaking)
- State PSU
- Private Limited Company
