Eligibility Criteria – Northern Coalfields Recruitment
- HEMM Operator (Trainee): Must be a Matriculate/SSC/High School graduate with a valid HMV/Transport License. Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in Matriculation (50% for OBC-NCL and 45% for SC/ST).
- Staff Nurse (Trainee): 10+2 plus a B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institute, with valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Pharmacist (Trainee): 10+2 with a Diploma in Pharmacy and valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.
- Overseer (Civil): Matriculation or equivalent plus a recognized 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Upper Age Limit: 30 years
- Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10–15 years for PwBD candidates depending on their category.

Selection Process for Northern Coalfields Recruitment
The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks with a 90-minute duration.
- HEMM Operator (Trainee): A common 100-mark test.
- Paramedical & Overseer: 70 marks for technical knowledge (Section A) and 30 marks for General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Aptitude (Section B).
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50 marks for UR/EWS and 40 marks for SC/ST/ESM/OBC-NCL/PwBD.
