NHM Odisha Recruitment: CITY HEALTH SOCIETY, National Urban Health Mission, Rourkela under NHM Odisha has released notification on 01/05/2025 for the engagement of Assistant-cum-Accountant on contractual basis.

CITY HEALTH SOCIETY, National Urban Health Mission, Rourkela is inviting applications from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Assistant-cum-Accountant contractual basis for 11 months. Educational Qualification
The candidate must be a Commerce graduate with at least 50% of marks, and they must have completed the six-month PGDCA, DCA, or OS-CIT course offered by Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited, or any equivalent program offered by an accredited institution.

Remuneration
The candidate will receive monthly Rs. 15,842/- +PI as remuneration.

Age Limit
The candidate’s ages should be up to 40 years as on 01/05/2025

Selection Procedure:

Mark Assessment (Graduation in Commerce) – 40 Marks
Computer Test – 20 Marks
Viva-Voce – 40 Marks

Only those who meet the requirements specified in the advertising will be shortlisted. The evaluation of these shortlisted applicants would be based on their overall percentage of marks. Candidates will be called for a computer test and a voice interview ten times as many times as there are openings. The marks from the three stages—Mark Assessment, Computer Test, and Viva-Voice, among others—will be added to the final merit list.

The aforementioned roles are coterminous with the strategy and are entirely temporary. Any kind of canvassing will disqualify the applicant for the job.

Candidates must regularly check the official website, www.sundargarh.odisha.gov.in, for any notifications, changes (such as invitations to objections or notices of various tests), results, etc. pertaining to the recruiting process.
Candidates will be chosen based on the appropriate selection procedure. Only those who have been shortlisted will be invited to take part in the selection process.
At the time of application submission, candidates who are currently employed by the Health Department, either regularly or under contract, must have a No Objection Certificate from their employer (appointing authority). We shall not accept NOCs from any other authority save the appointing authority. The NOC must be specific to the position for which the applicant is seeking and must be given after the advertisement has been released.
A certificate for conversion to the appropriate percentage of marks must be submitted at the time the application form is submitted, if the grades received are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI, etc. When submitting an application, institutions must also, if relevant, present their certification for AICTE recognition.
Rejected candidates will be those who are too old, underqualified, or have not earned the required proportion of points in the required age and educational level.
Any sort of incomplete application will be disqualified. If the certificate or other documents are not submitted with the application, it may be rejected.
A candidate’s application for a position will not be considered if it is discovered that they have concealed any material information or provided false information or documents. If they have already been hired based on the information or documents, their employment with the Society will be immediately terminated.
Any mail delays are not the responsibility of this office. Applications received after dt 15-05-2025 (1:00 PM) will not be considered. Personal questions or correspondence won’t be answered. All messages will be sent by SMS, official website, or email.
At any point during the hiring process, the signatory retains the right to reject any or all applications or positions without providing a justification.

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility requirements must apply in the prescribed format, duly signed by the candidate, and include self-attested copies of all supporting documentation. Post or Speed Post only, and it must arrive by 01.00 PM on or before May 15, 2025.
