The JRF will receive Rs. 37,000/-per month as remuneration plus HRA (if applicable) for 1st and 2nd year, for 3rd year it is Rs. 42,000/-per month+ HRA |
Educational Qualification |

B. Tech(EC/EE) with GATE qualified or 60% career marks (not less than 6.5 CGPA) and M. Tech (EC/EE) with GATE qualified or with 60% career Equivalent not less than 6.5 CGPA). Desirable: Preference more for experience on hardware design and fabrication. |
Age Limit |

The maximum age to apply for a project role is 28 years old; this can be lowered to 5 years for candidates who are female, PWD, or members of Schedule Castes or Schedule Tribes, and 3 years for OBCs (non-creamy layer candidates). The upper age limit will be calculated as of the application deadline. |
