Eligibility for ITDA Phulbani Recruitment

1. Age Limit

On January 1, 2025, a candidate must be at least 21 years old and not older than 32.
The government-mandated higher age limit will be relaxed:
(a) For SC, ST, and PWD applicants, up to five years.
(a) For SEBC/OBC candidates, three years.

2. Educational Qualifications & Experience:

For Cor-Ordinator:

He or she needs to have graduated from an accredited college or board. Master’s degree holders will be given preference.
At least two to three years of experience working on government, private, or non-profit projects in the social sector.
Under the scheme, candidates from the Kandhamal district need to be given preference.
An extra benefit will be having prior experience working on government initiatives.
Good knowledge of state and federal government programs and abilities in community mobilization.
Experience delivering training and capacity building initiatives and programs > Experience establishing connections with government line departments.
Proficiency in Computer skills like the use of MS Office & conversant with internet/emails.

MIS Assistant:

He or she must have finished the PGDCA course after graduating from an accredited university or board. Master’s degree holders will be given preference.
At least two years of experience managing large databases and entering data in any reputable public or private organization. Under the scheme, Kandhamal district candidates ought to be given preference.
It is essential to be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Office and Excel, and to be aware of the internet and how to use online resources.

Remuneration

Co-Ordinator: Consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/- per month

MIS Assistant: Consolidated remuneration of Rs.25,000/- per month

Nature of Appointment

The mode of engagement will be transient and entirely contractual. The duration of the contract will be one (1) year. Either party may end the agreement with one month’s notice or payment in lieu of notice.

Selection procedure for ITDA Phulbani Recruitment

Under the direction of the Addl. District Magistrate (Revenue), Kandhamal, a selection committee would be established. Based on the minimal qualifications, the Committee will select the qualified applicants from the merit list. Personal interview, work experience, computer skills test, preference for higher education (master’s degree), and Kandhamal district residency will all be taken into consideration when making the final decision. as follows:

The interview will take ten minutes, and the computer skill exam will take thirty minutes.
If necessary, the selection committee’s decision will determine how long the interview and skill test last.
