IndianOil Corporation Ltd., a Fortune “Global 500” company, is launching a Skill Building Initiative and is looking for talented, driven individuals to join its team as Technician, Graduate, and Trade Apprentices in the Northern Region.

Positions Available:
- Technician Apprentice: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics
- Trade Apprentice: Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Data Entry Operator (Fresher & Skill Certificate Holders)
- Graduate Apprentice: Any discipline (BBA/BA/B. Com/B.Sc.)
Eligibility and Application Details
- Age: Minimum 18 to maximum 24 years as of September 30, 2025. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, and PwBD candidates as per government guidelines.
- Stipend: The stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act. For Technician and Graduate apprentices, the stipend will be split, with a portion paid directly by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) into a DBT-enabled Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Trade apprentices will receive the full stipend from IndianOil.
- Selection: Selection will be based on a merit list created from the percentage of marks in your qualifying examination. There will be no written test or interview.
- Apprenticeship Duration: All apprenticeship training periods are for 12 months.
- Important: Candidates must be medically fit as per IndianOil’s pre-engagement medical standards.

- Register Online: You must first register on the respective NAPS/NATS portal.
- Trade Apprentice (ITI & Data Entry Operator): NAPS portal (http://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/).
- Technician & Graduate Apprentice: NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php).
- Apply for IndianOil: After registering, log in to the portal and apply for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (MD)-Northern Region opening using the specified Establishment IDs.
- Submit Microsoft Form: You must also submit your details and location preferences via a Microsoft Office Form, accessible via the link provided in the official advertisement. Only one submission is allowed.
- Application Dates: The application window is from September 12, 2025 (10:00 A.M.) to October 11, 2025 (11:55 P.M.).
- Final Note: You can only apply for ONE DISCIPLINE CODE. Applying for more than one will result in rejection.
