Indian air force Agniveer recruitment

Indian air force Agniveer recruitment notification has been public. Beginning on September 25, 2025, the Indian Air Force will accept online applications from single Indian men and women who wish to enlist as AGNIVEERVAYUs for the selection test. Online registration will open on July 11, 2025, and end on July 31, 2025. Applications must be submitted online and registered. Visit https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in to register.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian air force Agniveer recruitment

1. Age limit for Indian air force Agniveer recruitment

Applicants must have been born between July 2, 2005, and January 2, 2009. The upper age limit as of the enrollment date should be 21 years old if an applicant passes every step of the selection process.

2. Educational Qualification for Indian air force Agniveer recruitment

Subjects related to science: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent exam in English, math, and physics from Central, State, and UT-recognized education boards with at least 50% of marks overall and 50% in English.
OR
Completed a three-year diploma program in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic, automotive, computer science, instrumentation technology, and information technology) from a Central, State, or UT-approved polytechnic institution with 50% of marks overall and 50% in English if English is not a subject in the diploma program.

Completed two years of vocational training in non-vocational subjects, such as mathematics and physics, from central, state, and UT-recognized education boards with 50% overall and 50% in English (or intermediate/matriculation, if English is not a subject in the vocational course).

Subjects other than science: passed the Intermediate, 10+2, or Equivalent Examination in any stream or topic from Central, State, or UT-recognized education boards with at least 50% of marks overall and 50% of the possible points in English.
OR
completed two years of vocational training from Central, State, and UT-recognized education boards with at least 50% overall and 50 English points in the vocational course (or intermediate/matriculation if English is not a topic in the vocational course).

3. Remuneration, and other Benefits for Indian air force Agniveer recruitment

Agniveervayu in this scheme will receive a fixed yearly increase in addition to an Agniveer package of ₹30,000/-per month. Additionally, allowances for dress, travel, and risk and hardship (as applicable in the Indian Air Force) will be paid.

Selection procedure for Indian air force Agniveer recruitment

There will be three phases of examinations apart from Physical fitness Test. The first two phases comprises of Online examinations (Phase-I and Phase-II). After clearing the online examination the candidates have to undergo a Physical fitness Test followed by a medical fitness test.
