Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: A Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent ‘B’ grade on the UGC 7-point scale.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level (which must be at least in Level 6 of the Pay Matrix, equivalent to GP ₹4200/- pre-revised).
- Work Environment: The experience should be in a reputed Educational Institute/University System/Research Institute/Central Government Department.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in Computer System & Applications and Office Automation is mandatory.
Desirable Skills (Administrative Officer)
Candidates for the Administrative Officer post will be highly valued if they have:
- An MBA Degree (Preference will be given).
- Experience in Human Resource Management, maintaining electronic records, tender processes, and handling matters through an ERP system.
- Knowledge or skills in specialized domains such as Forensic Science, Legal Drafting, AI Law, Labour Law, Security Systems, or Start-up Ecosystem / Innovation Management.
Age Limit
- Age: Preferably 40 years.
- Note: Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms.
