Accordingly, Anil Security Services invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions. The engagement will be purely on an outsourcing basis for a specified period, with fixed monthly consolidated wages and statutory deductions as per Labour Laws, valid for the duration of the agency’s contract.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Project Engineer (IT)

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT
• Three years of experience in system administration and Hardware and Server Maintenance at Autonomous Academic Institutions/ University/ Research Institute/Govt. Organizations.

Office Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree
• One year of relevant experience in academic administration, Establishment, Recruitment, Store & Purchase, and Finance & accounts from an Educational Institute/ University System.

Technical Assistant (Academic Affairs)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Application/ECE/Science
• 1 year relevant experience working in classrooms of an educational Institute/ University System.

Technical Assistant (Computer Sciences)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science
• One year relevant working experience in Hardware and Server Maintenance at an educational/research institute/university.

Laboratory Assistant (Earth & Environmental Sciences)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Earth & Environmental Sciences
• One year relevant experience of working in labs in an Educational/Research Institute/University.

Laboratory Technician (Biological Sciences)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences
• One year relevant experience in handling of laboratory and scientific equipment.

Laboratory Assistant (Biological Sciences)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences
• One year relevant experience of working in labs in an Educational/Research Institute/University.

Laboratory Assistant (Physical Sciences)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences
• One year relevant experience of working in labs in an Educational/Research Institute/University.

Boys’ Hostel Caretaker

• Bachelor’s Degree
• One-year relevant experience in the field in an educational Institute/ University System.

Multi Tasking Staff

• 12th class pass
• One year experience of working in an office environment.

Plumber

• ITI in plumber trade
• At least three years of experience of installation of pipes and fixtures system, maintenance of water supply system.

Laboratory Attendant

• 10+2 in Science OR 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation/ Computers/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with six months’ relevant experience of working in labs in an Educational/Research Institute/University will be given preference.

Professor

• Eligibility: Ph.D. with excellent record + 10 years’ post-PhD experience (including 4 years as Associate Professor at reputed institutes).

Associate Professor

• Pay: Level 13A2 (₹1,39,600/- starting pay)
• Eligibility: Ph.D. + 6 years’ teaching/research experience (with at least 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent).

Assistant Professor (Grade-I)

• Pay: Level 12 (₹1,01,500/- starting pay; promotion to 13A1 possible after 3 years).
• Eligibility: Ph.D. with strong academic record + 3 years’ research/teaching/industrial experience (excluding PhD period).
