Director, ICAR-NISA invites applications for the following temporary contractual positions via walk-in-interview on 14th October 2025 at the Agri-business Development Unit, ICAR-National Institute of Secondary Agriculture, Namkum, Ranchi 834 010 (Jharkhand), starting from 10:00 AM.

1. Field Assistant
- No. of Position: 01 (one)
- Emoluments (per month): ₹ 18,000/- (consolidated)
- Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline with ≥ 1 year experience in beekeeping and/or lac culture.
- Desirable: Candidates having practical knowledge and skill for honey bee colony management and lac cultivation will be preferred.
- Date of Interview: 14.10.2025
2. Field Attendant
- No. of Position: 01 (one)
- Emoluments (per month): ₹ 12,000/- (consolidated)
- Essential Qualification: 10th pass.
- Desirable: Ability to do all kind of field works and data recording is desired.

- Eligible candidates must bring their biodata and photocopy of the original documents for submission and verification at the venue before the interview. Original documents will be verified at the time of the interview.
- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Ranchi (Jharkhand) court only.
- The positions are purely temporary and on a contractual basis co-terminus with the project.
- Initial appointment is for 1 year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
- The selected candidate cannot claim any regular appointment at the institute or at ICAR.
- The competent authority has the right to terminate the appointment without notice.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Submitting false claims or canvassing in any form will lead to rejection/disqualification.
