Recruitment Notification – Guest Faculty Engagement (2025–26) Higher Secondary Schools, Nabarangpur District

Applications are invited from retired Government and Aided College/Higher Secondary School teachers (below 65 years) for engagement as Guest Faculty in Higher Secondary (+2) Arts and Science streams. In the absence of retired faculty, eligible fresh candidates will also be considered.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.
• B.Ed. (or equivalent qualification recognized by NCTE, New Delhi) for B.Ed.-related subjects.
• Working knowledge of computer applications preferred.

Remuneration:

• ₹400 per class (45 minutes).
• Maximum 50 classes per month (up to ₹20,000 per month).

Nature of Engagement:

• Temporary appointment, valid until the end of the 2025–26 academic session or until regular faculty are posted, whichever is earlier.
• Services may be terminated with one month’s notice for unsatisfactory performance.
• The recruitment process or advertisement may be canceled without prior notice.

• Science Stream: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology
• Arts Stream: English, Odia, Political Science, History, Economics, Sociology
