📢 Guest Faculty Recruitment in Higher Secondary Schools, Bhadrak
Engagement of Guest Faculty for Higher Secondary (+2) Classes
Applications in the prescribed format are invited for the empanelment and engagement of Guest Faculty in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams at the Higher Secondary level.
Eligible applicants include retired teachers from Government or Aided Colleges/Higher Secondary Schools below 55 years of age. In the absence of retired teachers, fresh candidates may also be considered.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree (recognized by NCTE, New Delhi) is compulsory for B.Ed. subjects.
- If B.Ed.-qualified candidates are not available in a particular subject, non-B.Ed. candidates may be considered.
Selection Process for Guest Faculty Recruitment Bhadrak Govt HSS (Higher Secondary School)
Selection will be based on:
- Career assessment
- Teaching experience
- Basic computer knowledge
Remuneration
- ₹400 per class (45 minutes)
- Maximum 50 classes per month (up to ₹20,000 per month)
Tenure of Engagement
- Engagement is purely temporary and will remain valid until:
- The commencement of Summer Vacation 2025–26, or
- The posting of regular PGTs, whichever occurs earlier.
📌 The authority reserves the right to:
- Terminate engagement with one month’s notice for unsatisfactory performance.
- Cancel part or the entire recruitment process without assigning any reason.
