- Focus Area: Public service delivery and accountability within the Revenue Department across four districts: Sambalpur, Bargarh, Balangir, and Sonepur.
Vacancy & Eligibility Criteria
- Post Name: Project Assistant (PA).
- Total Vacancy: 01 (One).
- Essential Qualification: * M.A. in Political Science, Public Administration, or any Social Science discipline.
- Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Desired Qualifications:
- Good academic record with research publications.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS).
- Experience in research activities and paper presentations.
- Language: Knowledge of the Odia language and local dialects is preferred for fieldwork.
Remuneration & Duration
- Salary: 12,000 per month (Consolidated).
- Duration: Initially for 9 months, extendable up to 21 months or until the completion of the project, based on performance.
