This temporary position is part of an Extramural Research Project funded by the Mukhyamantri Research and Innovation Program (MRIP)-2025 and sponsored by the Odisha State Higher Education Council (OSHEC).

  • Focus Area: Public service delivery and accountability within the Revenue Department across four districts: Sambalpur, Bargarh, Balangir, and Sonepur.

Vacancy & Eligibility Criteria

  • Post Name: Project Assistant (PA).
  • Total Vacancy: 01 (One).
  • Essential Qualification: * M.A. in Political Science, Public Administration, or any Social Science discipline.
    • Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Good academic record with research publications.
    • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS).
    • Experience in research activities and paper presentations.
    • Language: Knowledge of the Odia language and local dialects is preferred for fieldwork.

Remuneration & Duration

  • Salary: 12,000 per month (Consolidated).
  • Duration: Initially for 9 months, extendable up to 21 months or until the completion of the project, based on performance.
