Government Polytechnic, Kendrapara invites applications for Guest Faculty (GF) in Mathematics for the academic session 2025–26. Interested candidates with the required qualifications may attend the walk-in-interview as per the schedule given below:

🎓 Qualification required: First-class M.Sc. Degree in Mathematics
📂 Documents required
Applicants should carry the following documents for verification:
- Original certificates and mark sheets (all semesters/years)
- Proof of date of birth (HSC Certificate)
- Identity proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID/Driving License)
- Updated CV/Bio-data with passport-size photograph
- Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
- Experience certificate (if any)
Candidates must bring their original documents along with a set of self-attested photocopies at the time of interview.
⚖️ General terms & conditions
- The engagement will be purely temporary for the academic year 2025–26.
- Selected guest faculty cannot claim regularization, extension, or continuation of service.
- The engagement may be terminated at any time before completion of the session without assigning any reason.
- Guest faculty will be required to take theory, practical, and project classes as assigned by the department.
- They must also participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the institution.
- Remuneration will be paid on a per-period basis as per Govt. approved rates.
- Monthly remuneration bills must be submitted by the 5th of each succeeding month, verified by the concerned department along with the students’ attendance register.
- Guest faculty shall maintain biometric attendance daily.
- If a regular faculty is posted in the department, the engagement of guest faculty will be cancelled immediately.
- The engagement will not be outsourced and will follow the previous year’s practice.
- Walk-in interview with document verification.
- Assessment of subject knowledge and teaching ability.
- Preparation of a merit list for engagement, approved by the Governing Body/IMC.
