Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: A PhD with first class (or equivalent) in the preceding degree with a consistently strong academic record.
- Professor: 10 years of experience, including 4 years as an Associate Professor.
- Associate Professor: 6 years of experience, including 3 years as an Assistant Professor.
- Assistant Professor (Grade-I): PhD with 3+ years of experience (excluding PhD tenure).
- Assistant Professor (Grade-II): Fresh PhD holders (appointed on contract for the first 3 years).
Age Limit: The upper age limit for Assistant Professors is 35 years (as of May 1st for Cycle I and November 1st for Cycle II), with relaxations for reserved categories.
