To be considered for the PGT Economics post, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
- Essential Qualification: M.A. in Economics with B.Ed..
- Academic: Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Professional: B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.
- Technical Skill: Knowledge of Computer Application
Age Limit:
- 21 to 60 years.
- 21 to 65 years for retired Teachers from State Government/KVS/NVS (as on 01/04/2025).
How to Apply and Attend the Interview for EMRS Malkangiri Recruitment
- Get the Form: Download the official Application Form from the Malkangiri District website (WWW.malkangiri.odisha.gov.in) or the EMRS Malkangiri website (https://www.emrsmalkangiri.com/). Application in any other form will not be accepted.
- Submit Xerox Copies: You are instructed to submit a set of Self-Attested Xerox copies of your original documents on or before 1:00 PM on November 25, 2025, by hand or post to the office.
- Attend the Walk-in: Reach the venue with all your Original Documents along with a set of Self-Attested Xerox copies on or before 10:00 AM on November 27, 2025, for registration and document verification.
Important Note: Preference shall be given to lady candidates and candidates with experience in the same field (especially KV/JNV). No TA/DA shall be provided for appearing in the interview.
👩🏫 Role & Responsibilities
As a Guest Faculty member, you will be expected to discharge the following duties:
- Teaching of the concerned subject as per CBSE standard.
- Timely correction of class/home assignments and projects.
- Setting of question papers for various tests and exams.
- Preparation of lesson plans and maintaining academic records.
- Preparing students for curricular/co-curricular activities.
- Performing invigilation duty/evaluation work as assigned.
