Educational Qualification
The candidate should have successfully completed at least a +3 Examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. And also have passed a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute. For Salaried Amin the candidate must have passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized institute.

Age Limit
As of June 17, 2025, candidates must be at least 18 years old and under 32, with the understanding that the upper age limit for the corresponding reserved categories will be loosened in line with the provisions of the applicable Act, Rules, Orders, or directives issued by the government or appropriate authority currently in effect.

Other eligibilities:

Must be an Indian citizen.
Must have passed an Odia language test that meets the M.E. Standard and be able to read, write, and speak the language.
Must possess decent character.
Must be in good physical condition, free from communicable diseases, organic defects, and physical infirmities.
If married, no more than one spouse may reside.
His or her name has to be listed in an Employment Exchange.
He or she shouldn’t be the subject of any ongoing criminal proceedings.
To be considered for the position of Junior Typist, one must be able to type in English at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
A minimum of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in English typewriting per minute were required. (For the position of Grade III Stenographer)
Candidates who are employed by the State or Central Government, whether temporarily or permanently, may apply as long as they meet the age requirements and have the necessary qualifications. They must obtain a “No Objection Certificate” and provide written notice to their respective Heads of Office about their application submission for this recruitment.
