1. District Project Coordinator (01 Position)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Botany, Agriculture, Horticulture, Social Work, or related fields from a recognized university. Freshers are eligible to apply.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least three years of experience in the development sector.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in computers, laptops, and internet tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness for long periods of village-level exposure.
- Excellent written and oral skills in Odia, English, and Hindi.
- Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and research best practices.
- Strong team player with a focus on ethics and integrity.
2. District Accountant (01 Position)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum three years of experience in an NGO implementing government projects or within a government project-based platform.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
