- For Officer/Counselor Posts: Requires a Graduate/PG degree in relevant fields (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) and specific work experience.
- For Paramedical Staff: Requires a Diploma in Ayurvedic/Homeopathic/Unani.
- For Support Staff (Cook, Helper, Housekeeper, Ayahs): Requires 8th Pass, with prior experience preferred for Ayahs.
