AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhubaneswar Odisha has released notification on 12/06/2025 regarding the admission to the Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF).

AIIMS Bhubaneswar invites applications from qualified candidates for the admission to the Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) programme for a maximum tenure period of 01(one) year for the Academic Session January 2025. The interested candidates are requested to go through the following provision of admission like seat availability and eligibility before applying it.

Remuneration
Rs. 67,700 in accordance with Level 11 of the Pay Matrix, the 7th CPC, plus NPA and other customary allowances permitted by law. However, emoluments will not be provided to sponsored candidates who do not meet the Fellowship in Community Medicine requirements.
Age limit
45 years as on the last date of the receipt of the Online Application.

Application Procedure for AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025/ Admission to PDF:

  1. Only online applications should be submitted by those who meet the qualifying requirements at aiimsbhubaneswar.nic.in (under Recruitment > Recruitment Notice> Online Recruitment). Otherwise, the application or applications will be denied, and no more communication will be accepted.
  2. The applicants shall upload the scanned copies of the following original certificates to online form mentioned above: Date of Birth Certificate, Internship Completion Certificate, Qualifying degree (MBBS / BDS / MD / MS / MDS / DNB), Medical registration Certificate, Relevant Category Certificate if any, Other relevant certificates if any, Tenure completion certificate, Experience Certificates if any etc., No Objection Certificate.

Selection Procedure for AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025/ Admission to PDF:

Only when the number of candidates exceeds three times the number of advertised positions will a written exam be held. However, there won’t be a written exam for the position for which there are fewer applications than there are openings. Which posts will have a written test and which won’t will be determined at the discretion of the director of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. The decision made in this regard shall be final.

General Instruction the candidates relating to AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025/ Admission to PDF:

  1. The candidate may apply for up to three departments out of the enlisted departments; however, they must apply separately for each department. The applicant must, however, pay the application cost for each position separately.
  2. The combined scores from the written exam and the personal interview, or just the personal interview, as applicable, will be used to create the merit list (chosen and waiting list). Attending the interview will not result in any TA/DA compensation.
  3. Only through the appropriate method should candidates who work for the government, semi-government, or PSU apply. If chosen, the in-service candidates won’t be allowed to join until they have a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer. In this regard, it is stated that the Senior Residency Scheme’s terms and conditions stipulate that their participation must be governed by the CCS (Temporary Service Rules). According to rule 1(3) of the CCS (TSR), these regulations will be applicable to all individuals who hold civil posts, including civilians who are paid from the defense service estimate under the Indian government and who are subject to the president’s rule-making authority, but who do not have a lien or suspended lien on any position under the Indian or State governments.

Terms & Conditions relating to AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025/ Admission to PDF:

  1. Any sort of canvassing will result in disqualification, and applications that are not full will be rejected. Interim correspondence will not be accepted.
  2. The required qualifications are minimal, and a candidate is not entitled to selection simply because they possess them.
  3. Leave will be granted to the appointees in compliance with the guidelines periodically issued by the Indian government.
  4. All forms of private practice are strictly forbidden.
  5. Depending on the MS, Dean, or Executive Director’s discrimination, he or she may work in shifts and be assigned to any location within the Institute.
  6. He or she is expected to follow the conduct and disciplinary guidelines that apply to Institute workers.
  7. The candidate must not have a criminal conviction under their belt. If any of the applicant’s statements or information is shown to be untrue, or if the candidate willfully withholds information that is pertinent to this position, the Competent Authority may take appropriate action, including removing the candidate from service.
  8. No representation will be considered in relation to the Competent Authority’s final decision regarding candidate selection.
  9. The High Court of Cuttack (Odisha) shall have jurisdiction over all matters.
  10. Applicants who are employed by the government, semi-government, or PSU should apply through the appropriate method. If chosen, the candidate’s in-service training will not be allowed to begin without a “No Objection Certificate.”
