Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of December 30, 2025.
• Educational Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automobile Engineering. Candidates with higher qualifications (Degree/PG Degree) in the same discipline are also eligible.
• Minimum Marks: * General/EWS: 50%.
  • SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD: 45%.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field. Apprenticeship training counts toward this requirement.

Selection Process for Recruitment at RITES Limited Odisha Region

1. Phase I: Written Test (100% weightage): 125 objective questions (1 mark each) for a duration of 2.5 hours. There is no negative marking.
2. Phase II: Document Scrutiny: Scrutiny of documents uploaded during the online application process.

Remuneration

• Basic Pay: INR 16,338 per month
• Gross Monthly CTC: INR 29,735
