Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), Paradeep Unit, is inviting applications for Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961, at its Paradeep Plant located in District – Jagatsinghpur, Odisha.

Eligibility Criteria details for IFFCO Paradeep Recruitment
1. Educational Qualifications
The prescribed qualification must be from a recognized Indian University/Institute as a regular full-time course.

2. Year of Passing
Candidates who have passed their Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI. in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are only eligible to apply.
3. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years (for General candidates)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: Up to 5 years
- OBC: Up to 3 years
- IFFCO deceased employee dependent: 3 years
Note: The 10th / Higher Secondary certificate will be the only document accepted as proof of age.
Disqualification Criteria for IFFCO Paradeep Recruitment
- Candidates with higher professional qualifications (B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / MCA / CA / LLB or equivalent) are not eligible.
- Candidates holding a qualification acquired through part-time / correspondence / distance education mode are not eligible.
- Candidates who have previously undergone or are currently pursuing Apprenticeship Training in an industry, or have job experience for 1 year or more, are NOT eligible.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Selection Process for IFFCO Paradeep Recruitment
- Selection: An online test and interview will be conducted. Eligible candidates will be intimated via email.
- Apprenticeship Period : One Year.
- Stipend: The rate of stipend will be as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 & Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and IFFCO’s guidelines.
