Experience Requirements for Recruitment at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)
- Deputy Engineer (E-II): No prior post-qualification work experience (NIL) is required.
- Senior Engineer (E-III): Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is mandatory. Expertise should be in Firmware testing, including skills like Verilog/VHDL, FPGA programming, RF systems, Algorithms, and use of RF instruments (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer).
Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)
- Deputy Engineer: Max. 28 years for General Candidates.
- Senior Engineer: Max. 35 years for General Candidates.
- Age relaxation is applicable for OBC (Max. 31/38 years) and ST (Max. 33/40 years) candidates.
💰 Compensation & Selection Process for Recruitment at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)
Pay and Benefits
- Senior Engineer (E-III): Pay Scale of Rs. 50,000-3%-Rs. 1,60,000.
- Deputy Engineer (E-II): Pay Scale of Rs. 40,000-3%-Rs. 1,40,000.
In addition to Basic Pay, benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, and Medical Facilities.
Selection Method
Selection will be based on a Written Test followed by an Interview. The Written Test and Interview will be conducted at Delhi-NCR (Tentatively).
