Eligibility Criteria for District Judge Balasore Recruitment
- Applicants: Retired Ministerial Staff/Group-D employees (superannuation or voluntary retirement) with a clean service record.
- Age Limit: Must not be above 70 years as on 17.11.2025.
- Disqualification: Those dismissed, removed, compulsorily retired, or sought voluntary retirement after initiation of departmental enquiry are ineligible.
- Tenure: Initially for one year, extendable up to the age of 70 years or until the scheme continues, whichever is earlier.
Pay & Benefits Details for District Judge Balasore Recruitment
- Pay Calculation: Last Pay drawn at retirement minus total commuted pension.
- Fixed Remuneration: A consolidated monthly pay structure applies to those retired before 01.01.2016 and re-engaged against a lower post (e.g., Rs. 50,000/- for Pay Level 17, Rs. 10,000/- for Pay Levels 1-4). This excludes pension and T.I..
- Leave: Entitled to 10 days Casual Leave and 5 days Special Casual Leave per calendar year only.
