Salary and Age Limit
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 34,125/-.
- Upper Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025): 50 years (65 years for Ex-NVS teachers).
Essential Qualifications (Key Highlights) for PM SHRI School JNV Gajapati Recruitment
To be eligible, you must meet one of the required degree/PG combinations with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/aggregate.
- Degree: A four-year integrated degree course with a B.Ed component OR a Bachelors/Honors Degree with a B.Ed. degree.
- CTET: Must be qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-II) conducted by the Government of India.
- Language Competence: Must have competence to teach through English & Hindi.
- Subject Combination (Main Subject: Biology/Life Science): You must have studied the required subject combinations at the graduation level, such as Chemistry & Botany or Zoology.
2. Matron (Female)
We are recruiting two Matrons to join our residential school community.

Key Responsibilities
The Matron’s primary role is to act as a foster mother to the girls. Duties include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the dorms, toilets, and surrounding areas.
- Providing personal nursing care and helping ailing girls take their medicines and proper diet as prescribed.
- Being a keen observer to notice if any girl student is upset emotionally or subjected to depression.
