1. Educational Background:

Master’s Degree or PG Diploma in Rural Management, Development Management, Agribusiness, Textile Management, or related fields.

2. Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in the Handloom and Handicraft sector.
Proven track record in managing financial affairs and vendor relationships.

3. Essential Skills:

Fluency in Odia and Hindi.

Strong interest in working with rural communities and professional management.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the CEO, you will be an ex-officio Director of the Board. Your key responsibilities will include:

Business Growth: Conducting market research and building profitable linkages for primary produce.
Operations: Managing day-to-day company affairs, maintaining books of accounts, and handling bank operations.
Strategy: Assisting the Board in forming goals, objectives, and legal/regulatory compliance.
Liaison: Acting as the primary link between the Producer Company and agencies like OLM, ORMAS, and Zilla Parishad.
