The Office of the Project Director, Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Balasore, is inviting fresh applications from eligible Agri-professionals for the ‘Recruitment of Facilitator for DAESI programme during 2025-26’ in Balasore district.

Eligibility & Criteria details for Recruitment at ATMA Balasore
The appointment will be on a contract basis for one year only.
- Education and Experience:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in agriculture and allied sectors.
- Preference may be given to Agriculture graduates with an experience of around 20 years in the Department of Agriculture, SAUs, or KVKs with sufficient field experience.
- Important Constraint: Regular government employees of the Department of Agriculture cannot be recruited as facilitators.
- Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Adequate knowledge of agricultural activities in the district and experience in organizing training programmes.
- Good communication skills and capability to mobilize input dealers for the DAESI Programme.
- Proficiency in handling computers, smartphones, and independently managing documentation and database for the DAESI programme.
- The Facilitator is responsible for the timely completion of the programme.
Selection Process for Recruitment at ATMA Balasore
The selection process is based on the following criteria and corresponding maximum marks:
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Agriculture and allied subjects): 3 Marks
- M.Sc. (Agriculture and allied subjects): 3 marks
- Doctorate in Agriculture and allied subjects: 4 marks
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Relevant work experience of minimum of 20 years including training and capacity building: 10 marks (maximum). (This is calculated as 20 years $\times$ 0.5 marks/year).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in computer and database management: 10 marks (maximum)
- Interview:
- Interview: 20 marks
The total score across all criteria is 50 Marks.
