Note: Candidates for teaching posts must attach a copy of their Valid RCI registration certificate. Candidates for all posts must secure 50% marks in the minimum prescribed academic qualification to be eligible.
📅 Important Dates and Application Process for Recruitment at School for the Blind & Deaf Golanthara Ganjam
1. Obtain the Application Form:
- Period: October 27, 2025, to November 10, 2025.
- Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days.
- Location: Office of the Honorary Secretary, Red Cross School for the Blind, Ambapua, Berhampur-760011, Ganjam.
- Cost: Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only), payable in cash.
- Crucial Note: The application form must bear the Official Stamp and ink-signed signature of the Principal of the concerned Special School; forms obtained in any other manner will be rejected.
2. Submit the Completed Application:
- Deadline: 4:00 PM of November 17, 2025.
- Method: Must be sent ONLY by Registered Post / Speed Post. Applications received through any other means will not be accepted.

🔍 Selection Process for Recruitment at School for the Blind & Deaf Golanthara Ganjam
Selection will be conducted by the District Level Selection Committee chaired by the Collector, Ganjam. The process involves:
- Preparation of Draft Merit List: Based on academic and professional qualifications.
- Skill Test / Interview: Eligible candidates will be called in a ratio of 1:10 for the Skill Test/Interview/Presentation.
- The Skill Test has a weightage of 40% for Trained Intermediate Teachers and Sweeper-cum-Watchmen.
- Performance in the Skill Test will be the deciding factor for the Sweeper-cum-Watchman post.
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on academic/professional merit and the Skill Test performance.
