4. Application and Selection Procedure

- Application Fee:
- ₹1,000/- for General, OBC, and EWS candidates (Non-Refundable).
- Exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental candidates.
- Government Employees: Candidates employed in Government/PSUs must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
Selection Process for Recruitment at National Fertilizers Limited
- Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized based on eligibility criteria and supporting documents. Provisionally shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.
- Screening Test (If applicable): If a large number of applications are received, NFL reserves the right to conduct a screening test in the Delhi NCR region and/or other cities for further short-listing. No TA will be paid for the screening test.
- Personal Interview (PI): Candidates must qualify in the PI with a minimum average of 50% marks.
- TA/Reimbursement for Interview: Candidates called for the PI (E-5/E-6 level) shall be reimbursed single return airfare (economy class) or 1st class AC rail fare.
- Final Selection: Selection is provisional and subject to a Medical Fitness Certificate, and verification of Character & Antecedents and Certificates.
