3. Application Procedure for Recruitment at IIT Indore 2025
The application process is strictly online.
- Mode and Link: Applicants must apply online only at
http://iiti.ac.in/recruitments/non-teaching-recruitment. No hard copy submission or soft copy submission via email will be accepted. - Multiple Posts: If applying for more than one post, applicants must submit separate applications with separate email IDs and separate fees. Multiple applications for the same post will lead to cancellation.
- Government Employees: Applicants working in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies must submit their application routed through the proper channel. They are required to upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC), duly certified copies of ACR/APAR for the last five years, and a Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
- Application Fee (Non-Refundable): Must be paid only through the online payment gateway.
- UR: ₹1,000/-.
- OBC-NCL & EWS: ₹500/-.
- PwD, SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen & Female applicants: NIL.
4. Procedure of Selection for Recruitment at IIT Indore 2025
The selection process is at the discretion of the Institute and may involve multiple stages.
- Shortlisting Criteria: The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of applicants to be called for any stage based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed or any other criteria it deems fit.
- Selection Stages: Only shortlisted applicants will be called for one or more of the following:
- Written Test
- Skill Test
- Job Suitability Test
- Personality Test
- Interview/Presentation cum Interview, as applicable
- Communication: Call Letters will be issued only through the registered email IDs. No hard copy of Call Letters will be sent.
- Qualifying Marks: The Institute reserves the right to decide upon the qualifying marks for any stage of the selection process.
- Travel: No TA/DA shall be paid for attending any stage of the selection process.
- Updates: Applicants are advised to regularly visit the Institute’s website for updates, including lists of shortlisted candidates and results.
