Job Opportunity: Cane Manager at The Aska Co-operative Sugar Industries Ltd.
The Aska Co-operative Sugar Industries Ltd. (ACSI Ltd.), located in Aska, Odisha , is looking for a qualified candidate for the contractual post of Cane Manager. This engagement is on a contractual basis for a period of one year.

Remuneration and Benefits
- Gross Emolument per month: Rs. 60,000/-
- Additional Benefits: Medical Allowance @ Rs. 2,000/-, Orderly, and Free accommodation (excluding water & electric charges).
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: The candidate must have a B.Sc. (Ag.) from a recognized University.
- Experience (Minimum):
- Minimum Ten years of contractual experience as Deputy Cane Manager, OR
- Minimum Five years of experience as Cane Manager in any Sugar Industry.
- Language: He/She must have knowledge of Odia, Hindi, and English language.
- Age as on 01.10.2025: Between 40-59 years.
General Requirements for Application
In addition to the above, all applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Shall be a citizen of India.
- Shall have good moral character.
- Must not have more than one spouse living.
- Shall possess the requisite qualification as shown in the table.
- Candidate should have a clean service career and not be involved in any criminal activities.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview/practical test.
Procedure of Selection for Recruitment at Aska Sugar Factory Ganjam
Eligible candidates will be short-listed with a Total Marks of 100 distributed as follows:

Weightage Details:
- Higher Education: 02 (Two) marks will be given for every additional relevant higher qualification, up to a maximum of 10 (Ten) marks.
- Experience: 01 (One) mark will be given for every year of additional relevant experience over and above the required experience, up to a maximum of 10 (Ten) marks.
- Weightage will be given to candidates having higher qualification and/or relevant Industry experience.
- The merit list shall be drawn up based on the weighed percentage of marks obtained.
- The decision of the Authority shall be final in case more than one candidate has equal weightage of marks.
