The Office of the Principal, Fakir Mohan Autonomous College, Balasore, has issued a notice (No: 4220/) for a Walk-in Interview to create a panel of Guest Faculties for the Academic Session 2025-26.

The selection of Guest Faculties will be based on career marks and viva-voce test as per government guidelines.

• Date & Time of Interview: 10.10.2025 (Friday) at 10:00 A.M. onwards.
• Subjects: Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized University. The candidates must have cleared NET/Ph.D.
• Remuneration: Consolidated amount of Rs.700/- per class, subject to a maximum of Rs.35,000/- per month.
• Engagement Status: The engagement is purely temporary. Services can be disengaged with one month’s notice if performance is unsatisfactory, or immediately upon a regular teacher joining the vacant sanctioned post.

Application Procedure for Recruitment at FM Autonomous College Balasore

Candidates are required to attend the personal interview with the following documents:

1. A filled-in application using the format available for download on the link below.
2. A set of self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets for all examinations passed.
3. A colour passport size photograph pasted on the front page of the application form.
4. Original Certificates and mark sheets of all examinations passed for mandatory verification at the time of interview.

Important Note: No application by post or by hand is acceptable prior to the interview date.
