About OREDA Limited:
Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) Limited is a wholly-owned Government of Odisha company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The organization is dedicated to promoting research, development, and dissemination of renewable and non-conventional sources of energy across Odisha.
OREDA invites applications from eligible candidates for the following contractual positions on a tenure basis of two years only (non-extendable).

1️⃣ Accounts Consultant
- No. of Posts: 02
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com with Inter CA or CMA (from ICAI/ICMAI)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Accounts & Book-keeping
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and relevant taxation laws
- Ability to handle accounts independently
- Key Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting operations, financial record maintenance, invoice processing, reconciliation
- Assisting in preparation of financial reports & statements
- Remuneration: Up to ₹50,000/- per month (consolidated, based on experience)
2️⃣ Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
- No. of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification:
- Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi
- Experience:
- Minimum 7–8 years as Company Secretary in a Public Limited Company / PSU
- Preference for candidates currently working in State PSU/Corporation/SPV of Govt. of Odisha
- Key Role:
- To serve as Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013
- Handle secretarial & legal functions of the company
- Remuneration: Up to ₹1,00,000/- per month (consolidated, based on experience)
3️⃣ Chief Financial Officer
- No. of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification:
- Member of ICAI / ICMAI
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in Finance, Taxation, Audit in Public Limited Company / Central PSU / State PSU
- Retired finance professionals (GM/DGM/Head of Finance & Accounts) from PSU with relevant expertise may also apply (Age limit: 61 years)
- Key Role:
- Oversee company’s Finance, Audit, and Taxation functions as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP)
- Remuneration: Up to ₹1,00,000/- per month (consolidated, based on experience)
4️⃣ Technical Consultant (Solar Projects)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy Engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Solar Project Design, Execution, or Consulting
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems, feasibility studies, industry standards, and detailed engineering
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise, site surveys, project design, optimization, client/vendor coordination, technical reporting
- Remuneration: Up to ₹1,00,000/- per month (consolidated, based on experience)
