The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs XIV) for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India. The process will fill positions in Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose).

âś… Eligibility Criteria
Age (as on 01.09.2025):
- Office Assistant: 18–28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18–30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21–32 years
- Officer Scale III: 21–40 years
(Age relaxations apply as per Government rules.)
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks + 2 years’ experience as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers): Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialization (IT, Marketing, Law, etc.) + 1 year of experience.
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks + 5 years’ experience as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
