- Post: Public Health Manager
- Vacancies: There are two (2) posts available. The number of vacancies is provisional and may change.
- Compensation: The monthly remuneration is Rs. 29,082 plus a performance incentive (PI). This is subject to renewal based on OSH&FW Society terms.

✅ Eligibility and Qualifications
- Age: You must be between 21 and 45 years old as of September 5, 2025.
- Educational Qualification: You must have a Master’s Degree or a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in one of the following fields: Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Management/Hospital Management, or Social Work.
- Experience: You are required to have at least one year of post-qualification experience in health program management, with a focus on areas like disease surveillance, community mobilization, or monitoring and evaluation. You should also have basic computer knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
- Age Relaxation: Employees of the OSH&FW Society who have completed at least three 11-month contractual terms may be eligible for age relaxation up to a maximum age of 55 years.

💯 Selection Procedure for National Health Mission Cuttack Recruitment
The selection process includes a Written Test, a Viva Voce (interview), and a Computer Test.
- Written Test: All eligible applicants will be called for a written test worth 60 marks.
- Viva Voce: Candidates who score 50% or more on the written test will be called for a Viva Voce, which is worth 20 marks.
- Computer Test: This test is worth 20 marks.
- Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared by adding the marks from the written test and the Viva Voce. Candidates who score 50% or more on this final list will be placed on a panel that is valid for one year.

The Public Health Manager’s role is critical to the management and functioning of the Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC). Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and Budgeting: Providing financial oversight and assisting in the planning and budgeting of the annual UPHC plan.
- Human Resources: Organizing training and capacity building for UPHC staff, managing human resources, and supervising day-to-day operations.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensuring timely completion of infrastructure work and maintaining equipment under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of services, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing biomedical waste.
