RECRUITMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from eligible candidates (residents of Odisha) for the post of Vocational Trainers in various Government High Schools across Odisha under the implementation of Vocational Education (NSQF).
KEY DETAILS FOR RECRUITMENT OF TRAINER FOR ODISHA GOVT SCHOOLS
Nature of Engagement: Contractual
Salary: Fixed CTC of ₹20,000/- per month
Available Sectors & Qualifications
- Agriculture: Postgraduate in Horticulture from a recognized university/institute with 1 year of work/teaching experience.
- Apparel: Postgraduate in Textile & Clothing or a related field with at least 1 year of work/teaching experience in textiles and clothing.
- Automotive:
- Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of work/teaching experience, OR
- Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of experience, OR
- B.Voc in Automotive Engineering with 2 years of relevant work/teaching experience.
- Beauty & Wellness: Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/Beauty Culture with at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Construction:
- Degree in Engineering with 1 year of work/teaching experience, OR
- Diploma in Engineering with 2 years of experience, OR
- Any graduate with 2 years of work/teaching experience in construction painting.
- Electronics: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication with 3 years of experience in the relevant role. Must also hold a Diploma/Certificate in Control Panel Wiring (Residential/Industrial Systems).
- IT/ITES: Diploma in CSE/IT, OR BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), OR Graduate with PGDCA, OR DOEACC A-Level Certificate with 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Organized Retail: Graduate/Diploma in Retail Management or PG Diploma in Marketing with minimum 50% marks and at least 1 year of work/teaching experience. Preference for candidates with MBA (Retail Marketing) and/or PG Diploma in Retail Management.
- Tourism & Hospitality: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with at least 5 years of work/teaching experience in Food & Beverage Service, including 1 year in a supervisory role in a classified hotel or facility management company.
Minimum Competencies Required
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Basic computing knowledge
- Technical competencies in the relevant domain
Age Limit: 18–45 years as of 01.01.2025 (Relaxation as per Govt. rules).
