- Experience: 7–10 years
- Skills: Laser alignment, maintenance of rotating equipment (ID Fans & Blowers), and belt conveyor mechanical maintenance in the aluminum sector.
- Fitter/Rigger (ITI)
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Skills: Handling rotating equipment, ID Fans & Blowers, and mechanical maintenance in the aluminum sector.
- Junior Technician / Helper (ITI/Diploma)
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Skills: General mechanical maintenance.
- Belt Jointer (ITI/Diploma)
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Sector: Aluminum or Steel.
- Fabricator / Welder Cum Gas Cutter (ITI/Diploma)
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Skills: Welding and cutting in Aluminum or Steel sector.
- Pump & Valve Fitter (ITI/Diploma)
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Skills: Pump and valve fitting/maintenance in the industrial sector.
- Mechanical Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech (7–10 years exp.) / Diploma (10–12 years exp.)
- Skills: Mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting in the aluminum sector.
- Store Head (B.Tech Mechanical)
- Experience: 12–15 years
- Skills: Purchase, budgeting, QA, stock & inventory control.
- Safety Officer (B.Tech/Diploma)
- Experience: 5 years in industrial safety (preferably in continuous chemical/metallurgical process plants).
- Electrical In-Charge (B.Tech in Electrical or E&I)
- Experience: 7–12 years
- Skills: Industrial electrical maintenance.
- Cast House Billet Operations
- Positions: Shift In-Charge / Process Shift In-Charge / Casting Operators / Furnace Operators / Homo Operators / Mould & Refractory Operators
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in aluminum cast house operations and metal sector.
- Process In-Charge (B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical)
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Skills: Monitoring, analyzing, and improving processes in the aluminum metal sector.
