Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) or Ph.D., particularly with a specialization in Environmental Law, Forest Law, or Criminal Law. The candidate should be a registered advocate with the Bar Council of India or the respective State Bar Council. |
| Experience | Experience as an Advocate in dealing with Criminal Cases, Forest and Wildlife offence cases, Environmental issues, and Writ Petitions before Subordinate Courts, District Courts, or High Courts. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government litigation or having served as a Legal Advisor in any government department or PSU. |
| Remuneration | 50,000/- per month |
| Age Limit | The upper age limit is 35 years as of 01.01.2025, with a relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC candidates. |
