| Job Profile | The Director & CEO of OCPL is a Board-level position that reports to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is responsible to the Board for the overall management and administration of the company. The role is headquartered at the OCPL Corporate Office in Bhubaneswar. |
| Tenure | The appointment will be on a full-time contractual basis for a tenure of five (05) years or until the incumbent attains the age of superannuation (63 years), whichever occurs earlier. |
| Remuneration | The starting salary will be ₹1,81,600/- in Level-17 as per ORSP Rules, 2017, along with applicable Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company-leased accommodation, medical allowance, and other benefits as per the Corporation’s rules. |
