| Age Limit | The age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years or more than 38 years and the upper age limit shall be 43 year in respect of person belongs to SC/ST/OBC including SEBC, Ex Serviceman/women/ person with disabilities. The upper age limit shall be 45 years in respect of person employed in any cooperative Societies. |
How to apply
The duly filed application along with required documents & receipt in support of deposit of requisite fees should be sent to the concerned secretary of PACS from date 28.07.2025 to 17.08.2025 (Except Holidays), during 11.00 A. M to 05.00 PM through speed post only.
Application form can be obtained in person from office of the concerned PACS on payment of 200/- from date 28.07.2025 to 17.08.2025 during 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM (Except Holidays).

(1) Attested copy of certificate of HSC/+2/+3/Graduation/other qualification. (2) Attested copy of mark sheet of HSC/+2+3/Graduation/other qualification. (3) Residential Certificate. (4) Attested copy of caste certificate. (5) Certificate to the effect of exemption/Ex-serviceman/Employees of other cooperative societies. (6) 2 Nos of passport size Photograph. (7) Character Certificate from two gazetted officer who happens not to be relative of the candidate. (8) Computer proficiency certificate from a recognized institution.

No written test or viva voice will be conducted. Selection will be made purely on career basis starting from HSC and onwards by following staff service rule-2021 of Register of CS (0), Bhubaneswar.

i. The position of Assistant Secretary of PACS will be open to candidates with at least an intermediate degree or +2 in Arts, Science, or Commerce from any accredited university and computer skills. Candidates with advanced degrees in computer applications and cooperative management from accredited universities will be given preference.
ii. The candidates must be from the PACS’s operational area; however, if there are no suitable candidates within that area, candidates from the Panchayat Samiti, to which the PACS’s operation area belongs, will be taken into consideration; if there are no suitable candidates even in the Panchayat Samiti’ operation area, candidates from the district where the PACS’s operation area is located will be taken into consideration.
Age Limit:
Age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years or more than 38 years as on the 1 day of April 2025, the upper age limit stall be 43 year in respect of person belongs to SC/ST/OBC including SEBC, Ex Serviceman/women/ person with disabilities. The upper age limit shall be 45 years in respect of person employed in any cooperative Societies.
Nature of appointment:
The post is purely temporary and can be terminated at any without assigning any reason thereof.
