Should have prior expertise developing cutting-edge IT solutions for superior company performance. Experience in application software development, testing, documentation, implementation & maintenance support using technologies such as .Databases including MS-SQL and PostgreSQL for Windows and Linux, Net/BI tools, mobile app tools, and ERP.
Dy. Manager (HRD)-1Obtaining a postgraduate degree or diploma in social work, labor welfare, personnel management, IR, IRPM, HR, HRM, or MBA (HR, HRM, HRM) a minimum of two years.
Experience in the industrial setting is required, as is familiarity with the creation and application of HR policies, industrial relations and welfare initiatives, hiring, onboarding, and placement; training and development and change management interventions; administration of compensation and benefits; compliance with various government and statutory/enforcement agencies; disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries, etc.

Coal Mines-1
Under coal mine regulations, a mining engineering degree with a second-class certificate of competency is required. Priority will be given to candidates with a surveyor’s certificate.
Must have prior expertise with coal mine production, operation, development, and/or survey-related tasks.
Dy. Manager (PR & CC)-2Graduate with a postgraduate degree or diploma in mass communication, journalism, or public relations (at least two years’ duration)
The individual should possess expertise in creating and executing a plan for enhancing brand image, managing and cultivating connections with print and visual media, and editing and publishing internal magazines, newsletters, journals, news features, articles, press releases, and so on.
Dy. General Manager (Mining)-2First Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted/Restricted) and a Mining Engineering degree.
Work experience in mechanized opencast metalliferous mines, quality control, planning, production, excavation, reclamation, and sustainable mining practices are all required.

A degree in environmental engineering or a postgraduate diploma in environmental science.
Experience in environmental and forest clearances, compliance, and related mine operations is required.
Sr Manager
(Mining)-1
First Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted/Restricted) and a Mining Engineering degree.
Working in mechanized opencast metalliferous mines, planning, production, excavation, reclamation, sustainable mining practices, and quality control are all required.
Dy. Manager (Mining)-7Second Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted/Restricted) and a Mining Engineering degree.
Experience with statutory requirements, rules, and regulations pertaining to the Forest and Environment Acts, the Mines Act (MMDR Act), computerized ore deposit evaluations, mine planning, and monitoring tools in fully automated mines with electronic optimization systems, such as truck dispatch systems, is preferred.
Dy. Manager
(Coal Mining)-4
With a second-class certificate of competency in coal mine regulations (limited or unrestricted), a mining engineering degree is required.
Should possess the necessary skills to oversee daily mining operations in coal mines. practical experience doing all tasks given in accordance with the code of conduct established by the Mines Act, Mines Rule, Coal Mine Regulations, and other Acts, Rules, and Regulations pertaining to Coal Mines and their amendments.
Dy. Manager (Safety)-7Adequate understanding of the Odisha language in accordance with Odisha Factories Rule, 61A, and a degree in engineering with a diploma in industrial safety approved by the Odisha State Government or Regional Labour Institute under DGFASLI (Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI) are required.
Plant safety inspection, incident investigation and reporting, job safety analysis, safety audits, hazard identification and risk analysis (HIRA) preparation, firefighting, and various work permit systems should all be areas of experience. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) selection and contractor safety management.
Dy. Manager (Geology)-2M.Sc. Geology/Applied Geology or M.Sc. Tech. in Geology/Applied Geology or M.Tech. in Geology /Applied Geology
Experience with quality control of highly variable deposits, deposit evaluation report preparation, mine planning, familiarity with pertinent statutes, rules, and regulations as per the Mines Act, MMDR Act, Forest Act, Environment Act, computerized truck dispatch system, and mine planning would be desirable.
Dy. Manager (Survey)- Bauxite Mines-1Mining engineering degree or equivalent diploma with MMR 1961 Survey Competency certificate.
According to Regulation 52 of MMR-1961, a person must have prior experience working as a surveyor at a mine, which includes surveying and leveling, creating statutory plans and sections, conducting a mine face survey to create a working plan, measuring stock piles and dumps, providing RLs and co-ordinations for pre-production drilling, and performing other survey-related tasks.

Selection procedure for Recruitment at NALCO Bhubaneswar

The selection will be carried out through Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview(PI), with a weightage of 85% and 15% respectively. However, for some vacancies, the assessment will be made through Group Discussion(GD) and Personal Interview(PI), with a weightage of 25% and 75% respectively.
