Qualification	The applicant should hold a PG degree in the relevant branch and an MBBS as well. The doctor should have valid registration from Odisha State Medical Council.

Remuneration	The specialist would receive Rs.3750/-per day as honorarium (first and second session).
Job description	The specialist will view the pathology test report and assist the LT with handholding. For each department, a separate register shall be kept.
Schedule of service	When necessary, a fixed-day guaranteed specialist service will be offered in the UPHC OPD/Outreach services. Once a week, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., OPD will be open six hours a day. For specialized services, a separate OPD registration will be kept.
Attendance and payment procedure	For specialist attendance, biometric machines that are available in the institutions will be utilized. The facility must maintain manual attendance in the event that a biometric machine is unavailable. The specialist’s bank account will get the entire sum based on the sessions that were held during the month.
Reporting	Medical Officer of the UPHC
Records	The patient will have a separate OPD registration kept at the facility.

Job description	In addition to treating and counseling patients at the facility, the specialist will send patients to other facilities if necessary. The corresponding department will have its own registration.
