Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Warden: degree of graduate (B.A./B.Sc.) from a recognized university. It is mandatory to have a minimum of 02 years of experience in hostel management.
- Head Cook: There should be experience and efficiency of cooking and use LPG (LPG). Preference will be given to trained candidates in cooking.
- Assistant Cook: It is necessary to experience food and efficiency and to be efficient in using LPG (LPG).
- Watchman-cum-Sweeper: Passed 10th/Matrik (HSC) examination from a recognized board
2. Age Limit
- Warden: 30 to 60 years
- Head Cook: 30 to 40 years
- Assistant Cook: 21 to 32 years
- Watchman-cum-Sweeper: 21 to 32 years
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be given monthly consolidated remuneration as per OAVS Rules (including EPF fraction of the employer and employee):
- Warden: ₹21,175/- per month
- Head Cook: ₹9,000/- per month
- Assistant Cook: ₹6,750/- per month
- Watchman-cum-Sweeper: ₹7,500/- per month

Selection Process for OAV Dhobatota Kandhamal Recruitment 2026
- Warden & Watchman-cum-Sweeper: based on academic qualification, experience and interview/document verification.
- Head Cook & Assistant Cook: The best candidate will be selected through Practical Cooking Test (Evaluation of Food Making Process, Time, Hygiene and Flavor).
- Priority: Local candidates (a block near the associated block area or the Kandhmal district) will be preferred in the selection process
