1. शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Qualification):

• Executive Director (M&R Complex): Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized university/institution. Post Graduate Diploma Holders in MBA/Management will get additional benefits.
• Executive Director (Project): Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering Graduate) at Mechanical/Electrical/Civil from a recognized university/institution. Post Graduate Diploma Holders in MBA/Management will get additional benefits

2. आयु सीमा (Upper Age Limit) (21.10.2026 के अनुसार):

• Maximum age: 56 years (the maximum age limit including all types of discounts can not exceed 56 years)

3. कार्य अनुभव (Experience Requirements):

• Minimum relevant experience: A minimum of 24 years of qualification-saving experience (Post-qualification experience) is required upto 21.10.2026.
• For ED (M&R Complex): At least 5 years of experience at senior management level in Technical/Operations/Mannance at Elumina Refinery during the last 10 years.
• For ED (Project): At least 10 years of experience in project management of large industrial projects during the last 20 years.
• Pay Scale/CTC Norms:
  • IDA Scale: At least 2 years of experience in E8 grade (₹1,20,000-2,80,000/-).
  • CDA Scale: At least 2 years of experience in ₹1,44,200-2,18,200/- (L-14) or higher pay scale.
  • Private/Other Areas: It is mandatory to have a minimum of Rs 47.76 lakh annual CTC during the last 02 years

Salary Details for NALCO Executive Director Recruitment 2026

• Basic Pay Scale: ₹1,50,000 – 3,00,000/- (IDA Pattern)
• Other Benefits & Facilities:
